Project Background
Orion Managed Services, LLC (Orion) staff were engaged by a private, investor-owned utility to develop reporting tools to facilitate year-end closeout activities for annual vegetation management inspections. Reports utilized ESRI GIS Collector, Microsoft Power BI, GIS data-layers, aerial imagery, and other data sources to provide daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, KPI dashboards, gap closure, and exception reports.
Scope
Orion’s QA/QC manager, GIS and data management professionals were engaged to provide data validation, Quality assurance, audit, and records reviews. Data specialists also developed production reports, quality assurance reporting, and other reports to facilitate year-end program closeout activities. Progress reports, and corrective actions were tracked and communicated to Orion’s client, their contractors, and staff. Orion staff utilized client databases as owner’s agent to develop and deliver data and GIS products.
